WTB Tactics Req Shields with +1 to air and blood.
post what you have, but mostly looking for ones with hp mods as well as the +1. the lower the req the more i'll pay. my current blood shield is req 11 tactics +1 20% blood and -2 damage while enchated(looking for better). and my current air shield sux really bad lol. ty ty ty.
